Fees
​I will offer a free 20-minute discussion to help you decide if you are interested in my services and then we can book an initial session.
Our Initial session will cost £35 for an hour. This session will be about getting to know each other will include some paperwork and seeing if the therapy feels right for you.
I will offer 60-minute sessions of online video or telephone counselling. I charge £45 a session before 5pm. After 5pm weekdays sessions will cost £50.

How I accept payments:
Payment will be accepted by bank transfer (BACS) or Paypal at least 48 hours in advance and are non-refundable in event of a short notice cancellation. I will give you the relevant details after you make contact.
I am keen to help to make counselling as accessible as possible. I know that these are unsettling times for people and people need support. I also believe that looking after our mental health is a necessity and should be accessible to as many people as possible. ​Therefore, I am able to offer concessionary rates in certain circumstances or block bookings can be discounted, please ask…..
